I had the pleasure of working with Kat on a high-impact internal communications project following the merger of two companies. The project involved the creation of nine SharePoint communication sites—each representing a business segment—with news syndicated through a central corporate news hub. Kat was instrumental in allowing the team to deliver all nine sites live within just nine weeks.

We began with a deep analysis of legacy intranet sites from the merging companies, identifying setups that worked and those to avoid, which shaped a modern site template using out-of-the-box functionality. Kat’s contribution went far beyond design. She ran a series of interactive workshops with business unit leads, clearly laying out the process and helping them engage with the vision. She created a dynamic Miro board to map the overall structure and guide each site’s build-out from concept to delivery.

To ensure each business unit had the support they needed, Kat followed up with tailored 1:1 coaching sessions for individual site owners. These sessions helped translate the shared template into meaningful, localized content—empowering each owner to build their site confidently and effectively.Kat’s ability to bridge the gap between EIT systems and real human needs is exceptional. Her work combines analytical thinking, creative structure, and strong stakeholder engagement—always anchored in purpose and results.
