I'm passionate about collaboration and helping teams solve the right problems together.
I bring over 25 years of experience in visual communication and marketing across a wide range of industries. For the past 11 years, I've worked in marketing and operations within the offshore energy sector, supporting global data acquisition companies PGS and TGS.
Along the way, I've helped leadership teams tackle complex business challenges - from CAPEX optimisation and process alignment to supply chain improvements and digital transformation. I've facilitated collaboration at senior levels, led the implementation of new systems and supported post-merger culture building.
Now, I use that experience to help leaders like you unlock the full potential of your teams. I design and facilitate in-person workshops and retreats that create space for reflection, dialogue, and practical action, so your team can reconnect, align, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
