I founded Design Linking to help leaders and teams make sense of complex work.
Over the past 25 years I've worked across design, communication, facilitation and organisational change, helping people build shared understanding, improve collaboration and make better decisions together.
Today I focus on creating practical resources, facilitation tools and participatory approaches that leaders can use to navigate complexity with confidence.

Experience
I've facilitated sessions with teams of four to more than 140 people across engineering, energy, technology and professional services.
My experience spans leadership development, organisational change, communication, product design, digital transformation and facilitation.
Whether designing a workshop, creating a visual framework or helping a leadership team navigate change, my goal is always the same:
Help people understand together so they can move forward together.
I work in both English and Norwegian.
