Over the last few years in PGS and now TGS i have had the pleasure working with Kat in many arenas. Among other things this has included facilitating a retrospective workshop reviewing lessons from a particularly challenging project in the Far East where Kat's contribution was very valuable as it provided a different perspective to the rest of the team.
Probably more significant was Kat's contribution to developing TGS way of working projects, developing and facilitating several workshops globally for large groups of people in TGS. These workshops encouraged participants to engage, discuss and learn in a "boardgame like" method. It is no doubt this has brought awareness to project work in TGS to the next level. A huge thanks to Kat for contribution, hope to continue working with Kat also in new arenas.
