Kat is able to assist with a variety of projects and has delivered great value to my organisation in recent years. This has included technical projects where her design thinking approach has really helped to clarify what the problem actually is - and often it’s not exactly what we thought it was. This has saved many hours and dollars that might have been spent on providing an exceptional answer….to the wrong question. More recently it has also focused on co-creation and alignment around process as we have brought two large organisations together. Leadership and pointing the way can only take one so far. In order to realise true change one needs to obtain organisational buy-in and Kat’s leadership, design and facilitation of workshops has helped to expedite this process and measurably improve the outcomes.
