New Organization - Working Together

Kat has arranged two huge internal conferences for us at TGS in the last year spanning onshore management and offshore leaders from our seismic operations. With a fairly vague brief, Kat put together an incredibly structured and coherent 3-day agenda that, for the first time in our 34-year history, was felt by all participants to have been really valuable and worth-while, with measurable outcomes and extremely positive feedback from the crew. She used interactive tasks to open up the discussion amongst the audience, and structured questions and answers to focus the conversation and include all participants.

On top of this, Kat did an amazing job of facilitating nearly all of the sessions herself, and taking the load off the management team by doing most of the planning work herself, using scheduled review meetings in advance to assure that her ideas were aligned with the management team.

As well as the large conferences, Kat has been instrumental in aligning the newly formed post-merger organization in the principles of Project Management by designing and running workshops with all internal project stakeholders. She successfully led the groups through the logic and theory of the organizational construct, created easily comprehensible graphics, and then reinforced the practicalities with gamified team exercises that very cleverly, and effortlessly, highlighted the key principles in a way that all employees could get behind. I will certainly be using Kat again if I need to interact with a large group and the time is precious.
